'Avatar 2: The Way of Water' teaser trailer out
The release date of the second part of Hollywood's popular film Avatar has been announced. Filmmaker James Cameron made the announcement on the stage of the CinemaCon convention. Along with this, the title of the second part of the film has also been announced. The official title of the second part of Avatar i.e. Sequel has been kept as 'Avatar: The Way of Water'.

Avatar 2: The Way of Water,the sequel is set more than a decade after the events of the first film.'Avatar: The film will be released in cinemas across the world on 16 December in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Apart from the release date, the first look of the film has also been revealed.
From the trailer, it appears that the setting of the story is the same as the first part. Set in Pandora, the story takes off on a strong note a decade after where 'Avatar 1' ended.
James Cameron revealed about the film
Speaking about the film on the CinemaCon stage, James Cameron said, “With Avatar First Part we set out to push the boundaries of the big screen. Now with this new Avatar film, we are pushing those boundaries even further. Moving on. With 3D, with higher dynamic range, higher frame rate, higher resolution, and with this our visual effects will be even closer to reality this time around."
Directed by James Cameron and produced by Cameron and Jon Landau, the film stars Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement and Kate Winslet.
